We were asked to provide a scaffold to allow inspection of the Atrium dome on the roof of Liverpool central Library.

Due to the shape and location of the Atrium, and potential weight of any replacement glazing units, we devised a scheme that would span the atrium with beamwork, from which we could erect hanging scaffolds to access the glazing, and which would also carry a monorail system that would be able to carry the 200kg Ocluas piece of glazing at the centre of the dome.
